Philippe Kott is President and founder of Kott Innovative Leadership Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in helping managers and executives increase their leadership impact to support the execution of an organization’s business strategy.
Philippe is a skilled facilitator, trainer, coach and author and has worked with thousands of executives and managers in numerous public and private sector organizations throughout North America. His areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership development, change management, business communications, creativity, meeting facilitation, and team performance.
Philippe’s personal journey includes executive level positions in operations management, sales and marketing. Consequently, his sessions are rich with practical, real-life business knowledge and experience. This infusion of personal credibility, coupled with an enthusiastic and warm presentation style, ensures that participants are engaged in an experience they perceive to be highly relevant.

Fully bilingual, Philippe was born in France. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal and a Masters degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria. He has also served as associate faculty for Royal Roads University Centre for Global and Executive Education.
