Define your leadership requirements - Strategic Directions ™. With the senior management team we identify the critical leadership practices needed to meet the future business objectives of the organization.
Assess current practices - Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™ (LEA). We provide powerful 360° confidential feedback on individual leadership strengths and developmental needs and chart a developmental course that enhances contribution to organizational performance.
Leadership 360® feedback can be delivered in a 2 day developmental workshop, one to one, or as part of a team development initiative. Coaching can further support long-term behaviour change goals.
Assess organizational implications – LEA Composite Profile. We provide the organization with cumulative Leadership 360® data. These reports can be generated on the overall organization, by unit, function, level or other demographic category and are commonly used in understanding culture, for team building or as a training needs analysis.
Develop Strategically Individual - Team – Organization. We use customized developmental programs linked to specific workplace issues to help individuals or teams practice the leadership behaviours they need to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Reassessment – Leadership 360®. We provide leaders with a Leadership 360® reassessment after 12 to 18 months to allow them and the organization to measure progress and update action plans.
